Use AM
Facial Cleanser: Used daily to cleanse.
Moisten skin with lukewarm water. Lather cleanser in hands and then massage into skin. Apply to your face (neck and chest if desired).
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator:
Apply after cleansing your skin. Then apply SPF (sun protection).
Apply to face, neck and décolleté, or any area where fine lines and wrinkles primarily exist.
Total Defense + Repair Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 34:
Apply in the morning, as the last product in your regimen or as needed, at least every 2 hours if in direct sunlight.

Retinol Complex 0.25
Apply In the evening after cleansing and before applying your hydrator. If a retinol product has never been used before, begin twice a week 2-3 days apart, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, and then advancing to each evening or as tolerated.
